What is 360° Conference?

The 360° Conference is a leadership conference created by the National FFA Organization and is open to FFA members in 11th or 12th grade. 360° takes students full circle through chapter leadership development. Attendees will learn how to develop action plans for their chapters from every angle.  Themes for this conference are vision and influence.

Every year, the theme rotates and includes the themes vision and influence. This year the FFA Enrichment Center and Iowa FFA Association will be hosting the “Vision” themed conference!

What happens during the conference?

Up to 200 actively engaged 11th and 12th grade FFA members will experience a fast-paced, action packed day focusing on:

·         Defining influence and identifying the influence process.

·         Recognizing relationship potential.

·         Demonstrating logic when solving complex problems.

·         Recognizing the benefits of maintaining a positive image.

·         Reviewing qualities of collaboration and demonstrate collaboration skills.

·         Inspecting everyday influence.


When is this conference?

The 360° Conference is offered on the second Saturday in November. Up to 12 FFA members per chapter can register per date for this conference:
       ·       Saturday, November 12th, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Each conference is limited to 200 participants.

Is this new? Have we always been doing 360° Conferences?

Every year the Iowa FFA Association hosts a state level conference for FFA members. It has gone by many different names throughout the year, but in 2010 National FFA created the 212 and the 360° conference series.


What if I went to 360° Conference last year? Can I go again?

As long as you are in 11th or 12th grade, you can attend the 360° Conference again if there is space. Every year there is a different theme (this year is Vision) so it will be a different conference than what you attended last year!

 
How much does it cost for me to go?
Member Registration Fee (includes lunch and an afternoon snack for each member) is yet to be determined, but will likely be $35-$40. Invoicing to chapters will occur following Experience State Week in January.


How do I register for the conference?
Registration is on a first-come, first-registered basis. Registration is limited to 12 FFA members per chapter for the 360° Conference. Registration closes on November 1st. Click the link below to register.
