New for 2018, FFA members from all over Iowa travel to the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny to attend the AMPLIFY Conference! The AMPLIFY Conference is a leadership conference created through Iowa FFA and is open to FFA members in 10th or 11th grade.  AMPLIFY Conference focuses on student development and is presented by the Iowa FFA Officers and lead facilitator Randy Dreher. Every year, the conference rotates between two themes: to be determined. Please see below for more information about the theme of this year's conference.

The 2018 AMPLIFY Conferences are scheduled for Saturday, November 10th and Saturday, January 5th. Cost for the conference will be $40-$45 per student and is handled on a first come, first served basis. Registration closes on Thursday, November 1st and Thursday, December 20th respectively. Talk to your advisor today about attending! Registration is limited to 12 members per chapter and 160 members per conference.

AMPLIFY Conference Program--2018-2019
Vision: See. Believe. Achieve.

   • Examine the importance of having a vivid vision

   • Discover personal passions and talents to shape a clearer vision of the future

   Create a detailed vision of who (not just what) they want to be in life
   Develop a sense of self-confidence and winning mentality
   Establish a strategy to reach for their declared vision
   Summarize the value of accountability in reaching vision

AMPLIFY Conference Program--2019-2020
   • Discovering the things that influence our passions, identifying the ways passions are developed and identifying accountability partners
   • Constructing a personal definition of virtue, demonstrating the importance of focusing on core virtues and identify core virtues
   • Listing personal daily decisions, analyzing our daily decisions and interpreting the decision making process
   • Exploring how decisions build or define character
   • Defining SMART goals-setting technique and applying SMART goals--setting techniques to personal goal setting
   • Composing a personal pledge to live out the day's concepts and identifying a new accountability partner

Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellation Before 11/5 or 12/28: Full refund is possible. 
   • Cancellation On or After 11/5 or 12/28: No refund is possible due to commitments to food and supplies.
