The Iowa FFA Leadership Conference gathers more than 6,000 attendees to learn about careers in the agriculture industry, compete in various events, and shape the future of the Iowa FFA Association.
Career Development Events (CDEs) help students develop the abilities to think critically, communicate clearly and perform effectively in a competitive job market. Students can compete on a team or as an individual.
Leadership Development Events (LDEs) help students develop the abilities to think critically, communicate clearly and perform effectively in a competitive job market. Students can compete on a team or as an individual.
Leadership programs are grounded in developmentally appropriate curriculum and engaging activities to help students become future leaders of the agricultural industry. Programs are designed for members of all ages.

FFA Emblem Use Request
Use of the FFA brand and messaging has its guidelines and restrictions similar to any other identifiable brand. Generally speaking, the State FFA Advisor is charged with the responsibility to grant use of the FFA branding assets when requested.

TEAM Ag Ed - a collaborative effort among secondary and postsecondary educators to improve student achievement.
The agriculture education program provides a well-rounded, practical approach to learning through: classroom education, hands-on supervised agricultural career experiences and FFA.
