North Central Vice President: Julia Mortvedt

Julia is the daughter of Jason and Jessica Mortvedt and the older sister of Janae Mortvedt. She grew up in Ames, Iowa, on her family's lavender farm, Iowa Lavender, where they also raise dairy goats and poultry. Julia enjoys relaxing in the lavender fields and playing with her goats. While in high school, Julia participated in FFA, 4-H, Cross Country, Track, National Honor Society, Speech Club, Band, Cornerstone Church Youth Group, Iowa Dairy Goat Association, and County Council. During her free time, you can find Julia running, spending time with her friends and family, or finding the cutest animals in the area. She will be attending Iowa State University majoring in Agricultural Communications. Julia is very excited to meet members all across the state and continue to advocate for the agriculture industry.
