Southwest Vice President: Lauren Comes

Lauren is the daughter of Chad Comes & Tresa Comes. She has two older brothers, Tyler and Dylan Comes. She grew up on a cow-calf and row-crop operation in Atlantic, Iowa. Throughout high school, Lauren has been actively involved in FFA, National Honor Society, National Society of High School Student Scholars, Student Council, AHS Fuel, Crops Committee and was crowned as the 2024 Cass County Beef Queen. Outside of FFA, you can often find Lauren spending time with friends and family, with her pets, or shopping. Lauren will be attending DMACC in the fall to study Ag Business. She hopes to pursue a career in livestock marketing to work for an association. Lauren is very excited to connect with members across the state and make a lasting impact.
